When it comes to drive cleaning, you dont' want a bad cloth. You want a soft, lint free cloth, no harsh chemicals, soft soap, or water. Becareful of the surrounding. Another form of storage is a falsh drive, aka jump drive. Another form is an MP3 Player. It happens to store your music. just like your ipod. Another is a floppy disk. 3 1/2 space is 80 tracks. A high density floppy holds 2.88. Floppy drives usually have their own cable. Not many people use it. Not enough stored data. Alot of people use a boot disk. Some requires a cd rom. Windows 98 allows boot up. If one needs a boot floppy go to bootdisk.com. Backing up your data is very important. Some tape formats are QIC, DDS, DLT, LTO, AIT. Adaptors send signals to your monitor. It's built into the motherboard. Video requires enormous resources. Data is transferred in short intervals. Some data, Grapical OS, 3D Game graphics. PCIe PCI express. It uses Serial Communication.
